  1. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. 1/2 kg lamb fillets, thinly sliced

  3. 1 medium onion or 125 g, sliced

  4. 1/2 cup mushrooms or 50 g, sliced

  5. 1 small green bell pepper, cut into long thin strips

  6. 1 small red bell pepper, cut into long thin strips

  7. 2 cubes MAGGI® Mutton Bouillon , dissolved in

  8. 1/2 cup or 125ml boiling water

  9. 1 large tomato or 200 g, peeled and diced

  10. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  11. 6 long bread rolls

  12. 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese or 150 g, red, grated

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the lamb fillet and fry for 6-7 minutes or until it becomes golden brown. Add the onions and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms, sweet bell pepper, dissolved MAGGI Authentic Taste Mutton Stock cubes, tomatoes and black pepper. Stir and boil for 5 minutes or until vegetables become tender.

  2. Spoon the lamb mixture on the opened long roll bread and sprinkle the top with the grated cheese. Place in preheated oven of 200°C for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
