    2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

    3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

    4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Applesauce

    5. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Sugar

    6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

    7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry milk

    8. 2 1/4 cups 140g / 4.9oz Bread flour

    9. 1 1/4 teaspoons 6 1/3ml Active dry yeast

    1. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.

    2. Follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine. This recipe can be made and baked with the "Basic" bake cycle.

    3. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
