  1. 2 apples, peeled and sliced

  2. 2 firm ripe pears, peeled and sliced

  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  4. 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract

  5. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  6. 2 teaspoons McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground

  7. Streusel Topping:

  8. 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

  9. 1/2 cup flour

  10. 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

  11. 1 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground

  12. 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold butter, cut into pieces

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss apple and pear slices with lemon juice and vanilla in large bowl. Mix cornstarch and 2 teaspoons cinnamon in small bowl. Sprinkle over fruit; toss to coat well. Spoon into 11x7-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

  2. For the Topping, mix brown sugar, flour, oats and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.

  3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown.
