  1. Marinade

  2. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Brown sugar

  3. 1 cup 237ml Vinegar

  4. 2/3 cup 157ml Oil

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Pepper

  7. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  8. Salad Items

  9. 1 Yellow beans

  10. 1 Green beans - drained

  11. 1 Kidney beans - drained

  12. 1 Lima beans - drained

  13. 1 Chick peas - drained

  14. 1 Green pepper - cut fine

  15. 1 Red pepper - cut fine

  16. 1 Spanish onion

  1. Mix the marinade items and shake well.

  2. Then add the drained beans and the finely cut up ingredients to the marinade.

  3. Let stand in the fridge for a day or two before using.
