  1. 2 cup(s) Long Grain White Rice 2 tablespoon(s) Vegetable Oil 4 piece(s) Bone in Pork Chops Salt & Pepper 10 piece(s) Pineapple Spears , Cut into 1/2 in. Pieces 1 Jalepeno , Diced 1 tablespoon(s) Soy Sauce 1/4 cup(s) Packed Chopped Cilantro

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat. Season both sides of pork with salt & pepper. Cook until meat is slightly pink in the middle. About 7 min. on each side. Remove from skillet, tent with foil to keep warm. Reduce heat to med. Add pineapple & jalapeno to skillet. Stir until pineapple is tender. About 2 min. Remove from heat & stir in soy sauce. Serve porke over rice & top with pineapple & sprinkle with cilantro.
