  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour

  2. 1 egg

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 3 tbsp of sugar

  5. 2 cups of shredded coconut

  6. 3 cardamom pods

  7. pinch of salt

  1. Combine sugar, coconut and crushed cardamom powder together and keep it aside.

  2. Mix salt and flour and sift.

  3. Put egg and half cup of milk and mix into a smooth batter.

  4. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

  5. Then put the remaining milk to the batter and mix well.

  6. Heat the shallow pan and grease it with little oil and pour three tbsp of the batter. Cook both sides until it becomes brown.

  7. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dosas.

  8. Fill the coconut mixture in each dosa and fold into triangles.

  9. Keep in a refrigerator and serve it cold.
