  1. 2 lbs. lean ground beef

  2. 1 cup chopped celery

  3. 1 onion, chopped

  4. 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  5. 2/3 cup chili sauce

  6. 10 oz. can condensed chicken gumbo soup

  7. 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  8. 1 tsp. dried Cajun seasoning

  9. 12 kaiser buns, split and toasted

  1. In heavy skillet, cook ground beef until crumbly and brown. Drain well and place in 4-5 quart slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except for hamburger buns; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 4-7 hours until vegetables are tender and mixture is blended. Serve on toasted kaiser buns.
