  1. 4 tablespoons butter - divided use

  2. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  3. 1/3 cup milk

  4. 6 large eggs, beaten

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 (12-inch) pizza crust

  7. 2 cups diced ham

  8. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  9. 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

  10. 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

  1. Heat oven to 400°F (205°C). In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add flour; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add milk and cook until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat. In a small skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add eggs and cook, stirring gently, until softly scrambled. Combine milk sauce with eggs; stir in salt. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread eggs over the top. Top with ham, cheese, mushrooms and green onion. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
