  7. 1 lb Frozen Bread Dough --see note

  8. 1/4 c granulated sugar

  9. 2 tsps cinnamon

  10. Icing:

  11. 1 c powdered sugar -- sifted

  12. 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  13. 1 tbsp skim milk

  14. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 15 x 7 rectangle. Brush

  15. entire surface lightly with water. In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar

  16. and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over dough. Beginning with narrow end,

  17. roll up jelly-roll fashion. Seal edges and ends. Place, sealed edge

  18. 9 x 5 loaf pan. Let rise double in size,

  19. 1 hour. Bake

  20. 375 degree oven for 40 minutes, covering with foil the last

  21. minutes to prevent overbrowning. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

  22. Meanwhile, to prepare icing, combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk

  23. in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle over loaf and serve.
