  1. Ling Zhi mushroom(s)150 g Button Mushroom (s)150 g Sugar snaps120 g Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s)80 g XO Sauce

  2. 1 tbsp Sauce Mix

  3. Premium Oyster Sauce

  4. 2 tsp Corn starch

  5. 1 tsp Sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp Water

  7. 20 ml

  1. Stir-fry all the mushrooms on high heat for a short while. Then rinse with boiling water to remove excess oil. Set aside.

  2. Saute Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce in 1/2 tbsp oil. Add sugar snaps and stir-fry until done.

  3. Add fried mushrooms, sauce mix and stir well. Put on a serving plate.
