  1. 150 Sev - pasta (fusilli, Penne, etc.) Butter

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic paste

  3. 100 Leek paste

  4. 150 Fresh cream

  5. 25 Tomato - blanched and peeled Salt and pepper to taste

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sherry

  7. 5 Fennel leaves - chopped

  8. 5 Parmesan cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions COOK the pasta in plenty of water, drain and keep aside. Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic paste and leek paste. Saute for a while, add the cream and blanched tomato and cook until done. Add salt, pepper, sherry and fennel. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
