  2. APPLE-RAISIN SOUP

  6. 2 c Apple juice or cider

  7. 2 Lg. cooking apples, peeled

  8. -and cubed (2 cups)

  9. 1/4 c Raisins

  10. 2 Inches stick cinnamon

  11. 1 tb Brown sugar

  12. 1 tb Brandy

  13. 2-quart saucepan combine first

  14. 4 ingredients.

  15. Cover, simmer 15 minutes or till apples are tender.

  16. Stir in sugar and brandy. Cover; chill. Remove stick

  17. 3 to 4 servings.
