  1. Orange Sherbet Salad Mold

  2. 6 oz. pkg orange gelatin

  3. 2 cups boiling water

  4. 1/2 cup orange juice

  5. 1 qt orange sherbet

  6. 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained

  7. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in orange juice and sherbet

  8. to dissolve. Refrigerate until partially set. Pour over oranges

  9. 6 cup mold. Chill firm. Serves
