  1. Ingredients :Serves 4-6

  2. 1 1/4 lbs 2 oz 2 tablespoons 2 oz 2 tablespoons 2 teaspoons 5 cups 1 tablespoon 1/2 tablespoon 2 teaspoons 1 teaspoon 2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon String beans

  3. Ground pork or beef

  4. Dry shrimp

  5. Salted vegetable or salted cucumber

  6. Chopped green onion

  7. Chopped ginger

  8. Oil

  9. Sugar

  10. Brown vinegar

  11. Salt

  12. Sesame oil

  13. Soup stock or water

  14. Soy sauce

  1. Choose young, tender and short greenbeans. Remove tips and strings but do not cut smaller.

  2. Soak dry shrimp in warm water about 10minutes. Remove head and feet, chopped into small pieces.

  3. Cut salted vegetables into small pieces.

  4. Heat oil very hot, deep fry string beansuntil they are wrinkled for about 3 minutes. Remove beans and drain offoil from frying pan.

  5. Pour string bean into the pan. Fry bothside until dark brown. Remove.

  6. Put back only 2 tablespoons oil in pan andfry the pork, chopped ginger, dry shrimp and salted vegetable, add salt,sugar and soup stock or water.

  7. Add the string beans to frying pan, stirwell over high heat until the sauce is gone.

  8. Add vinegar and sesame oil. Sprinkle inchopped green onion. Stir well.

  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
