  2. 3/4c Sugar

  3. 1/3c Water

  4. 1/3c White wine

  1. + Directions : PEACHES IN WINE SAUCE Scald and peel skins off peaches; leave fruit whole. Combine sugar and water in skillet; cook 5 minutes. Add peaches; simmer 5 minutes. Add wine; simmer 5 minutes. Baste 3 times while cooking. Transfer cooked peaches to bowl; cover with syrup. Refrigerate; serve when chilled.
