  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Cattleman's original - (no smoke)

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Cider vinegar

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml French's mustard

  4. 1 1/2 cups 297g / 10oz Raw sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Garlic oil

  6. 1 Salt & ground pepper

  1. The sauce is tangy and semi-sweet.

  2. I heat up the chopped brisket in a double boiler and serve it on lightly toasted onion rolls.
