  2. 500g chicken

  3. 50g onions, chopped

  4. 25g green chilies

  5. Salt to taste

  6. 75g oil

  7. 2 tsp khus khus seeds powder

  8. 5g garam masala

  9. 2 tsp cumin seeds

  10. 2 tsp coriander seeds

  11. 20 small bunches of gongura leaves

  12. 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  13. 1 tsp chili powder

  14. Cilantro for garnishing

  15. Gongoora Chicken


  17. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

  18. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder and fry for some more time.

  19. Add chicken pieces, salt and cook 15 minutes. While it is cooking, add khus khus powder, garam masala, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.

  20. Fry green chilies and gongura leaves in a separate pan and make a thick paste in a blender.

  21. Add this paste to the chicken pieces and cook for another 10 minutes.

  22. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
