  1. 1 3-oz package cream cheese

  2. 1 8-oz carton plain yogurt

  3. 2 tbsp milk

  4. 1 tsp prepared mustard

  5. 1 12-oz luncheon meat, shopped

  6. 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives

  7. 3 large pita bread rounds, halved

  8. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  9. 1 large tomato, chopped Alfalfa sprouts

  1. Beat cream sheese until softened. Add yogurt, milk, and mustard. Beat until smooth.

  2. Stir in luncheon meat and olives.

  3. Spoon mixture into halved pita bread rounds.

  4. Top each with shredded cheese, chopped tomato, and alfalfa sprouts.

  5. Serve immediately.
