  1. 1 1/2c Snow peas

  2. 3 ts Vegetable oil

  3. 2 tb Lemon juice

  4. 1 1/2ts Salt

  5. 1/2ts Black pepper

  6. 2 tb Sesame oil

  7. 1 Chopped garlic clove

  8. 1 tb Fine chopped fresh ginger

  9. 130 g Crabmeat

  10. 6 oz Cooked shrimp

  11. 1/2 English cucumber sliced thin Red pepper sliced thin

  12. 250 g Rice vermicelli

  13. 1 ts Red wine vinegar

  1. + Directions : Wash and trim snwo peas. Place them in a bowl and pour in enough boiling water to cover them. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain in colander, rinse with cold water and set aside. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour this dressing over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
