  7. 1/4 c Thinly sliced carrots

  8. 1/4 c Thinly sliced bok choy

  9. 1/4 c Red bell pepprer

  12. 3 c Water

  13. 1 tb Vegetable bouillon powder

  14. 1/4 ts Ground ginger

  17. 1/4 c Diagonally sliced snow peas

  18. In a medium-size saucepan, saute onions, carrots, bok

  19. choy and bell pepper in oil over medium heat until

  20. vegetables soften, about 5 minutes.

  21. Add water, bouillon powder, ginger and garlic. Simmer

  22. until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

  23. Add snow peas, cook for one minute and serve hot.
