  1. 1 (18 1/4-ounce) package white cake mix

  2. 1 (12-ounce) can strawberry soda

  3. 1 (6-serving size) package strawberry gelatin

  4. 1 (16-ounce) package frozen strawberries Frosting :

  5. 1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping

  6. 1 cup milk

  7. 1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla pudding

  1. Prepare and bake cake as directed on package in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

  2. While cake is still warm, poke holes with the end of a wooden spoon over the entire surface about 1-inch apart.

  3. In saucepan, bring to a boil the strawberry soda, gelatin and strawberries. Pour over the cake and allow to cool completely. Once cake has cooled, frost and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
