  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Emmenthal (most common brand of Swiss cheese) Fresh grated nutmeg

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Brandy or kirschwasser

  1. Recipe Instructions Place cheese and nutmeg in fondue pot. Bring cheese mixture to a very slow boil. When the mixture begins to boil add brandy or kirschwasser.
