  1. 2 cups 474ml Peeled cubed ripe fresh mango

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Burgundy or other dry red wine

  3. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml White wine vinegar

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Peeled minced gingerroot

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground cloves

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Yield: 1-1/2 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).
