    1. 1 tb Yeast

    2. 3/4c water

    3. 2 tb Vegetable oil

    4. 1 tb butter, softened

    5. 1 c -lukewarm water

    6. 2 c bread flour

    7. 3 1/2c Bread mix

    8. 1/4c cut-up dried apples

    9. 1 Egg; beaten

    10. 1 tb dry milk -- VARIATIONS --

    11. 1 tb sugar -add

    12. 1 ts salt

    13. 1 pk Dry onion soup mix

    14. 1 1/2ts apple pie spice -makes great hamburger buns

    15. 1 1/2ts bread machine yeast -OR 4 tb Brown sugar; and 3/4c Wheat germ
