  3. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  4. 1/2 cup pickled peach juice -- from jar

  5. 4 pickled peaches

  6. 6 cloves roasted garlic, to

  7. 10 cloves

  8. 1/2 cup honey mustard

  9. 1/2 cup yellow mustard

  10. 1/2 cup honey

  11. 1/2 cup tomato ketchup

  12. 1/8 cup Louisiana hot sauce

  13. 1 tablespoon dried Coleman's mustard

  14. 1 tablespoon kosher salt

  15. 1 tablespoon ground white pepper

  1. Combine the peaches (pitted) and the roasted garlic in the food processor and puree. Add this mix to all the other ingredients in a heavy, medium saucepan and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and turned a golden orange. Cool and refrigerate.
