  2. 1 small Clove garlic, crushed

  3. 1 tablespoon Oriental sesame oil

  4. 1 teaspoon Chinese bean paste (Mein Chiang)

  5. 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seed*

  6. 2 tablespoons Sake or dry sherry

  7. 1 teaspoon Minced scallion

  8. 1 tablespoon Sugar

  9. 1 tablespoon Oil

  10. Salt to taste

  11. teaspoon Cayenne pepper

  2. Crush garlic with sugar and salt to make a smooth paste. Combine with remaining ingredients. Dip broiled or fried beef slices in the sauce.
