  1. 4 bone in center pork chops

  2. 1/2 cup water

  3. 1 onion

  4. 1 cup (or more) mushroom s

  5. 1/2 cup whiskey

  6. 1 tsp dried rubbed sage

  1. Sear pork on high heat and set aside. Add onions and mushrooms in skillet with pork juices and saute. Deglaze pan with whiskey. Mix together sour cream, water, 2 tb flour and sage. Put pork chops back in skillet on top of onions and mushrooms and pour sour cream mixture over. Bake in skillet pan at 300 for 1 hour.
