  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Honey

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Mint - dried

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  10. 1 cup 237ml Dry white wine

  11. 3 tablespoons 45ml Worcestershire sauce

  12. 3 tablespoons 45ml Vinegar

  13. 1 tablespoon 15ml Liquid smoke

  14. 1 cup 237ml Water

  1. Recipe Instructions Put all the dried ingredients in a pot and add water. Let it set a little while. Add the wine and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook for several hours.
