  1. 4 6 ounce Farmer John Pork Chops --

  2. 1 1/2 inch thick **MARINADE**

  3. 1 tablespoon chili powder

  4. 3 tablespoons water

  5. 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

  6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  7. 1/2 teaspoon red chilies -- crushed

  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

  9. 1/2 cup ginger - freshly grated

  10. 4 cloves garlic -- crushed

  1. Preparation : Place lemon peel, garlic, ginger root, spices and water in a blender. Blend until smooth, spread about 2 teaspoons of paste on each chop, covering both sides. Cover chops and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Grill chops over medium hot grill for 7 to 8 minutes per side.
