  2. 6 turkey breast slices -- about 1 pound -- up to

  3. --tropical fruit salsa--

  4. 17 ounces mango slices; drain -- cubed

  5. 1 cup strawberries -- sliced

  6. 1/2 cup kiwi -- diced

  7. 3 tablespoons red onion -- finely chopped

  8. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  9. 1 teaspoon grated lime peel

  10. 1/4 teaspoon ginger

  1. In medium bowl, gently combine all salsa ingredients. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Heat grill. When ready to cook, oil grill rack.

  2. Place turkey on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill, 4-6" from medium coals.

  3. Cook 8-10 minutes or until mo longer pink, turning once.

  4. Serve with salsa.
