  8. : grated : Salsa: 8 tomatos -- chopped fine

  9. 3 onions chopped fine

  10. 1 jar chopped jalapeno

  11. : peppers 1 cn green chilies

  12. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  13. 4 TB ground coriander

  14. 4 TB lemon juice

  15. 1/2 ts caraway seeds

  16. 1 ts cumin

  17. 1/2 ts red pepper

  18. In a large pot, combine all omelet ingredients and pour into foil lined greased Dutch oven and bake at 375 until set.
