Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Combine diced peaches, home made soy milk, and lemon juice in a blender; purée until nearly smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately garnished with peach slices, and you won't have a breakfast with too much fat and sugar in it.

  2. The soy yogurt is easy. Buy soy milk at a Chinese market or health food store with only water and soy beans as ingredients.

  3. Fill a large glass jar--Walmart has a 50 oz. jar of applesauce, save the jar for making your yogurt. Stir in a tablespoon of regular plain yogurt, screw on lid, set jar down in a huge soup pot you can cover with a lid. Fill pot with hot water, but not too hot. The temperature should be just so you can still leave your hand in it but not lukewarm. Cover pot and wrap the pot in a quilt and lay a winter coat over it. In 5-6 hours, it will turn into a creamy yogurt. Stir in stevia to sweeten to taste. Blend in blender with other ingredients, or exchange fruits for more variety. You won't gain weight on this and it works great for people with dairy allergy. Use Stevia sparingly until you get the feel for how much is just right for your taste buds.
