  1. 1 1/2 lbs pork

  2. 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks

  3. 1/4 C brown sugar

  4. 2 Tbsp corn starch

  5. 1/4 C vinegar

  6. 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce

  7. 1/2 tsp salt

  8. 1 sm green pepper

  9. 1 thinly sliced onion

  10. 1/2 C water, cover, simmer approx

  11. 1 hr.

  12. Drain pineapple, saving juice. Combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.

  13. Add liquid mixture to pork and cook, stirring until gravy thickens.

  14. Add pineapple, green pepper and onion, cook 2-3 minutes.

  15. Serve over hot rice and pass extra soy sauce.

  16. For crockpot use:

  17. 1 1/4 C water and 2/3 C rice.
