  1. 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  2. 1 Tablespoon cold water

  3. 1/3 cup orange marmalade

  4. 1 clove garlic, finely minced

  5. 1/8 teaspoon grated ginger

  6. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  7. 1/4 cup lime juice

  8. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  1. Whisk together cornstarch and cold water. Set aside.

  2. Place orange marmalade , garlic , ginger , pepper flakes, lime juice, and soy sauce in a small heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add cornstarch and simmer, stirring, until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat.

  3. Serve this dipping sauce warm or at room temperature. Great with all types of seafood , including shrimp , crab , lobster , and squid .

  4. Yield: About 3/4 cup
