  2. 1 Florida avocado , cut into 1/2-inch cubes

  3. 1 cup(s) nonfat sour cream

  4. 1 medium onion , chopped

  5. 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

  6. 2 clove(s) garlic , crushed through a press 5 teaspoon(s) chili powder

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. 1 teaspoon(s) paprika for garnish

  1. Combine the stock, avocado, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, garlic, and chili powder in a blender jar. Process until pureed. Chill for 45 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed. Top each serving with the paprika.
