  5. 1 pk Frozen Cauliflower Flowerets

  6. 1 pk Frozen Asparagus Tips

  7. 1 pk Frozen Brussels Sprouts

  8. 2 c Fresh or frozen Green Peas

  9. 1 c Small Pearl Onions (canned)

  10. 1 c Fresh or frozen String Beans

  11. 2 c Tiny Carrots (canned) or -small frenched carrots

  12. Butter and sugar for glazing

  13. 2 Boiled Turnips, diced

  14. --FOR GARNISHING--

  15. Parsley Sprigs

  16. Small Red Peppers

  17. Heat all the vegetables. The carrots should be glazed by sauteing in

  18. a bit of butter and sugar. The turnips should be tossed in butter. Arrange

  19. the hot vegetables in small mounds around the platter of beef, alternating

  20. for color. Garnish with parsley and small red peppers. With the

  21. vegetables, serve a separate bowl of Hollandaise sauce.
