  2. 4 Fresh tomatoes - peel, dice

  3. 1 Green pepper - chopped (medium)

  4. 1 Onion - chopped (medium)

  5. 5 tablespoons 75ml Olive oil Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat olive oil in large heavy skillet or pot and saute onion and green pepper until light brown. Add okra and tomatoes and season to taste with salt & pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 30 to 40 min., stirring occasionally.
