  1. 2 cups fresh strawberries, divided

  2. 2 containers (6 oz.) low-fat strawberry yogurt

  3. 1 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

  4. 1 package Keebler Ready Crust Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust Fresh mint leaves

  1. Halve 6 strawberries and reserve for garnish. Quarter remaining strawberries.

  2. In medium bowl fold together yogurt and whipped topping. Arrange quartered strawberries in tart crusts.

  3. Spoon yogurt mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  4. Garnish each tart with 2 strawberry halves and mint leaves, if desired. Store in refrigerator.
