  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  2. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Chopped onion

  3. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped green pepper

  4. 1 Pimento

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml All-pur flour

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dry mustard

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml White pepper

  9. 1 Tabasco

  10. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  11. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chablis

  12. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Fresh lump crabmeat

  1. Combine first three ingredients in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

  2. Microwave on high, uncovered, 2 minutes. Stir in pimiento and next 5 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Gradually add milk and Chablis, stirring well.

  3. Microwave at High, uncovered, 3-4 minutes or until bubbly, stirring after 2 minutes.

  4. Stir in crabmeat. Spoon mixture evenly into 6 baking shells.

  5. Arrange shells on a 12-inch glass pizza plate.

  6. Cover with waxed paper, and microwave on high 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

  7. Garnish, if desired with pimiento strips.
