  1. 12 oz speghetti noodles (I use angel hair pasta)

  2. 1/2 cup butter

  3. 1 cup parm cheese

  4. 3 eggs

  5. 1 lb of ground beef or italian sausage

  6. 32 oz ragu

  7. 2 cups sourcream

  8. 8 oz or more mozzerella

  1. Makes 2 10" pies or on BIG 9x13 deep pan Break noodles into pieces (I usually break them in thirds) then cook acording to the box, drain, add butter, parm cheese and pre beaten eggs stir together. Flatten in pan set aside. Brown meat. Put sourcream over noodles, meat over sourcream, ragu over meat and top with mozzerella. Bake @ 350 degrees. I usually make two pies and freeze one for later...quick and fuss no muss!
