  3. 2 tbsp Marinade Premium Oyster Sauce

  4. 2 tsp Oil

  5. 1 tsp Corn starch

  1. Marinate chicken steaks for 10 minutes. Pan-fry chicken steaks in 2 tbsp oil until done. Put on a serving plate. Pour away excess oil. Heat through Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce and water. Pour over chicken steaks. Serve with fresh vegetables.
