  1. 4 thin slices of baguettes , or focaccia extra virgin olive oil

  2. 4 slices of smoked salmon a squeeze of lemon juice creme fraiche freshly ground black pepper

  1. Method 1. Lightly toast or grill the bread, and brush on both sides with a little olive oil.

  2. Lay the smoked salmon on the bread, and squeeze a little lemon juice onto the salmon. Spoon a teaspoonful of crème fraîche onto each crostini and finish with a grind of black pepper.
