  1. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Thai Kitchen select harvest jasmine rice

  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Thai Kitchen pure coconut milk

  3. 5 Fresh ginger - peeled

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions Bring to boil water, coconut milk, ginger slices, and salt. Add rice, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for an additional 7 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
