  1. 2 pounds pork baby back ribs

  2. 1/4 cup maple syrup

  3. 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard

  4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place ribs in a shallow baking pan. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard, Worchestershire and hot pepper sauce.

  2. Brush ribs with glaze, bake until tender, about 1 1/2 hours, brushing with sauce occasionally. Cut between ribs to separate into serving pieces.
