  6. 1 pk (3-oz) any fruit flavor -Jell-O

  7. 1 c Sugar

  8. 1 cn (1-lb 4-oz) apricots;

  9. -drained and pureed

  10. 1/2 c Chopped almonds or -cup chopped walnuts

  11. Confectioners sugar

  12. Fruit jellies you can make easily and quickly to add to a dish of candies.

  13. Combine Jell-O and sugar in a saucepan. Stir in apricots. Cook and stir

  14. over low heat until mixture begins to boil, or is clear and thickened.

  15. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts, Pour into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

  16. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and roll in confectioners sugar. Let

  17. 3 to 4 hours. Roll in additional

  18. confectioners sugar. Store in a covered container, separating layers with

  19. wax paper. Makes 3 dozen.
