  1. 1 (9 inch) pie crust

  2. 1 tsp. flour

  3. FILLING:

  4. 1/4 c. sugar

  5. 3 tbsp. flour

  6. 1/4 tsp. salt

  7. 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

  8. 1/2 c. light corn syrup

  9. 3 eggs

  10. 3 c. fresh peaches, cubed, peeled

  11. 1/4 c. butter, melted

  12. TOPPING:

  13. 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped

  14. 1/4 c. flour

  15. 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar

  16. 2 tbsp. butter, softened

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, corn syrup and eggs; beat at medium speed 1 minute. Stir in peaches and butter. Pour into pie crust lined pan.

  2. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle over peach filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
