    1. for Preparation In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients listed above - yogurt, sesame seeds, dill, green onion and chives. If desired, you can sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir the mixture well and your topping is ready. This recipe is sufficient for topping 4 medium-sized baked potatoes.

    2. Garlic Mushroom Topping Ingredients ½ ounces butter 2 cloves garlic (minced)

    3. ounces sliced mushroom 2 tablespoons cream cheese Chopped parsley and thyme Salt and pepper to taste for Preparation Put saucepan over a low heat and melt butter. Add garlic, sliced mushroom and cook for about 10 minutes, while stirring continuously. Stir in cream cheese, allow it to melt properly. Add chopped herbs and season as per your preferred taste. Spread this garlic mushroom topping on top of the baked potatoes and serve while still hot.

    5. Freshly ground coarse black pepper Chili powder to taste for Preparation This is the simplest, yet tastiest baked potato topping that you could have. In a saucepan heat the beans. Add salt, pepper and chili powder. The quantity of chili that you will add depends on your preferred spiciness. Stir well and drizzle baked beans over the cooked potatoes. For easy topping, you can cut open the potatoes beforehand before adding cooked beans. This baked potato with topping preparation is excellent for serving as a light meal.

    6. Topping with Fried Bacon Ingredients 6 bacon pieces ¼ pound Cheddar cheese (grated)

Allow them to cool down and make smaller pieces. Mix this with grated cheese, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder and seasoning salt. If you think it very dry, you can add small amounts of sour cream and butter, and combine well the ingredients. When you are done with making this topping recipe, divide the baked potatoes in the middle. Scoop bacon topping and serve.
