  2. 1 White onion - finely chopped (small)

  3. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Finely-chopped cilantro

  4. 3 cups 438g / 15oz Serrano chiles - finely chopped (small) (or 1 small jalapeno chile)

  5. Juice of 2 limes

  6. Sea salt - to taste

  7. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
