  1. 6 Green bananas - peeled, cut into rou

  2. 1 cup 237ml Coconut cream

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Orange flower water - optional

  4. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Palm or brown sugar

  5. 1 Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot.
