  2. 3 tb Chile pepper

  3. 3 tb Onion powder

  4. 1/2 ts Ground cumin

  5. 1 tb Minced garlic

  6. 1 tb Salt

  7. 1 tb Dried oregano

  8. 1 pn Cinnamon

  9. 1 Chicken (3-4 lb)

  10. - cut in pieces

  1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together well and sprinkle liberally over chicken pieces.

  2. Refrigerate for 6 or up to 24 hours, before grilling.
